Not functional, Slow, behind there others.

The app hasnt been working recently to go beyond the log in page. If it does for work some reason, the app is slow, fragile to utter crash, and soooo behind any other bank mobile app Worldwide! In fact, I am transferring my salary to receive it in NCB because of multiple reasons, the biggest of which is this crappy old App.
